KSL

On May 1 I had the opportunity of talking about my other blog on KSL.  It was live TV and a little scary, especially because I didn't know what they were going to ask me.

My blog was originally a DIY blog but lately I've been doing a lot of fitness posts.

When I got there went through security at noon and waited until 12:30 when one of the producers came to get me.  She walked me to the room where they were doing the news and someone put a mic on me and had me sit down at the news desk and wait.  When the anchor sat down he asked my name and then basically we were on.  I still had no idea what he was going to ask.  His first question was about fitness so I took it from there.

I was actually only on for a few minutes and I think it turned out well.

Morganisms

Mo is getting really good at riding her bike.  We go on lots of bike rides.  Every time we see a pink flower (or sometimes other colors) she has to stop and smell it.  When cars drive by she gets off of her bike and hides on the side of it so they "can't" see her.

We were at Scheels and she saw this mannequin and grabbed it's hand and said, "this is my new mom."  She gets to make all the decisions in the relationship.  Who can blame her. 

She wants to go to Scheels just for the Ferris Wheel.

We have some of these purple flowers growing on the side of our yard and she loves to pick them and play "getting married."  She is the mom/bride and either I or Tom play the dad/groom.  

She sometimes picks the purple flowers to give to me, then picks the vase to put them in.  

Morgan's Well Check

Morgan had her 4 year well check.  She weighs 31 pounds and is 38.75 inches, both 25th percentile.  She got 2 shots and was so strong.  She didn't even cry!

She was so impressed by the doctor that she checked my and Sophie's ears, throat, tummies, and eyes.  She likes to pretend to be the doctor.
